Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-19-v1
These terms govern the use of the Reson8 platform ("the Service"), provided by Bonove Consultancy, KvK 74723499, Amstelveen, The Netherlands ("Bonove", "we"). Contact: gdpr@reson8.me.
1. Definitions
- Customer — the person or organisation holding a Reson8 account.
- Prospect — a person whose data the Customer processes through the Service for sales outreach.
- Content — all data in the Customer's workspace: prospect records, messages, drafts, writing-style examples, personas, campaign settings and syntheses.
- Agent — the AI functionality that researches, drafts and executes outreach within the limits the Customer configures.
2. Account and access
The Customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and must report any suspected compromise immediately. Accounts are personal to the Customer's organisation and may not be shared with or resold to third parties.
3. Acceptable use
- The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes or unsolicited mass messaging (spam).
- The Customer connects their own LinkedIn account at their own responsibility and must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable platform policies. Bonove is not liable for restrictions LinkedIn imposes on the Customer's account.
- Processing special categories of personal data (GDPR Art. 9) through the Service is not permitted without prior written approval.
- Abuse of the infrastructure (denial-of-service, circumventing rate limits, automated bulk operations outside the Service's intended features) is prohibited.
4. Content and licence
The Customer retains all rights to their Content. Bonove receives a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free operational licence to process Content solely to deliver the Service. The Service, its software and branding remain the property of Bonove.
5. Prospect data
For prospect data, the Customer is the data controller and Bonove the processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer warrants that their use of prospect data through the Service has a valid legal basis. A data processing agreement is available on request.
6. AI-generated output
The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude) to research, draft and analyse. AI output may contain inaccuracies. Messages are shown to the Customer for review, and autonomous sending only occurs within limits the Customer has explicitly enabled. The Customer remains responsible for substantive review of everything sent from their account.
7. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment provider Mollie.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. The Customer can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes are announced at least thirty (30) days in advance.
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable; VAT is applied according to EU rules.
8. Availability
Bonove provides the Service with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced where reasonably possible.
9. Liability
Bonove's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Liability for indirect damages (including lost profit, lost data and reputational damage) is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' notice, effective at the end of a billing period. Bonove may suspend or terminate immediately in case of material breach, fraud or abuse. After termination, Content is deleted within 30 days, except billing records retained under Dutch tax law.
11. Changes to these terms
Material amendments are announced at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the Rechtbank Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
