1. Who we are

Reson8 is a product of Bonove Consultancy, Van Heuven Goedhartlaan 626, 1181 LP Amstelveen, The Netherlands (KvK 74723499). For all privacy matters you can reach us at gdpr@reson8.me. See also the Imprint.

2. What Reson8 does

Reson8 is an AI sales agent that helps you find prospects, research them, and run personalised LinkedIn outreach on your behalf. To do that, it necessarily processes personal data — yours as a user, and that of the prospects you work with.

3. Controller and processor roles

  • For your account data (registration, billing, usage), Bonove Consultancy is the data controller.
  • For prospect data you collect and process in your Reson8 workspace, you (the Customer) are the data controller and Bonove Consultancy acts as your data processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request via gdpr@reson8.me.

4. Data we process

Account data

Name, e-mail address and sign-in credentials (including Google or LinkedIn sign-in), subscription and billing details (processed by our payment provider Mollie — we do not store card details ourselves).

Your connected LinkedIn account

When you connect your LinkedIn account, Reson8 processes your profile, connections and conversations through our integration partner Unipile, solely to run outreach and manage replies on your behalf and under your control. Your LinkedIn credentials are handled by that integration; access can be revoked at any time from your settings.

Prospect data

Names, job titles, companies, public LinkedIn profile information and other publicly available professional information, gathered to research and contact prospects on your behalf. Enrichment uses public web sources only.

Content you provide

Writing-style examples, ideal customer profiles, personas, drafts and feedback you give the agent. This is used only to operate the Service for you.

Technical and usage data

Error and diagnostic logs (Sentry), AI request traces used for quality and debugging (Langfuse), and pseudonymous product analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted). See the Cookie Policy for cookies.

5. Browser extension

The Reson8 LinkedIn Importer browser extension lets you add the LinkedIn profile you are viewing to your Reson8 workspace with one click. It is built to do only that:

  • It only acts when you click it (it uses the browser's activeTab permission) — it does not run in the background or monitor your browsing.
  • It reads the publicly visible content of the LinkedIn profile page you have open and sends it to your own Reson8 account. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
  • It stores only your Reson8 session locally in the browser's extension storage. It sets no cookies and collects no browsing history.
  • It communicates exclusively with Reson8 domains. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

You can remove the extension at any time via your browser, and delete imported profiles from your Reson8 workspace.

6. AI processing

Reson8 uses large language models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI to research, draft and analyse. These providers process data under a DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses and do not use your data to train their models. AI-generated drafts are shown to you for review before anything is sent, in line with our Terms of Service.

7. Legal bases

  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — operating your account and the Service.
  • Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — B2B prospecting on publicly available professional data, service security, and error monitoring.
  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — where required, for example for non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — retaining billing records under Dutch tax law.

8. Sub-processors

We use a limited set of sub-processors to deliver the Service. The current list, with purpose, data category and region, is published at /sub-processors. Changes are announced at least thirty (30) days in advance.

9. Retention

  • Account and workspace data: for the duration of your subscription, then deleted within 30 days of account termination.
  • Technical logs and AI traces: up to 30 days.
  • Billing and VAT records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Prospects whose data is processed through Reson8 have the same rights; objections lead to suppression from further outreach. Send requests to gdpr@reson8.me — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

11. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced at least thirty (30) days in advance. The version at the top of this page reflects the current state.
